When the heart is bigger than the sky

人心不足蛇吞象。。。

Recently I attended the memorial service of Late GM Chen Yu-he, I met with a senior. He was asking me how come I didn’t write about one incident that happened within the wushu community in SWDLF? I replied that I heard nothing.

Yesterday during the SLTET 44th anni, I met up with some more senior and I probe a little about it. I got a shocking news!

S.L.T.E.T. 44TH ANNIVERSARY

Attended the SLTET Physical Association 44th Anniversary celebration. Met up many wushu seniors and friends. I even met Ram, who I didn’t meet for almost 4 or 5 years. Sometimes, it is such event that can pull people together and exchange small “gossips”… LoLx~!

I hear from one of my Sifu talking about the wushu history of TET. Although they are from Shaolin, they roots are not from Go-Can lineage, or what inner-circle friends call, Jit Ki Mue (一枝梅). A vast variant of wushu performance during their wushu display and especially their did do their TET’s wushu roots.

Old Already…

Its already June but no news on the coming National Wushu Championship and National Luminous Dragon Dance Championship. These old guys are really taking their own sweet time.

This year we will be seeing again the International Youth Wushu Championship at Jurong East Sports Hall. Hopefully it will be better organised.

Singapore had been very well-known for their efficiency and good information. From last year, the National Wushu Comp was cancel because they say Swine Flu. So what’s up for this year?

LD Performance by Tian Eng (20/03/2010)

It was Singapore’s First Eco Mall Grand Opening. I was a invited guest, cause we design and built one of the system in the mall – the Musical Fountain, at the Interactive Plaza Urban Park, located at B1 near to Coffee Bean.

Dr Vivian Balakrishnan, Guest of Honour, brought his son to the opening and is greeted by Tian Eng’s pair of lion.

Great performance. A little shaky during the climb up the pole, but no major fault. Great performance.p
