Man filmed student in shower
A FORMER martial arts instructor who filmed a student in the nude was jailed for one month on Wednesday.
Ng Seng Hock, 37, who pleaded guilty, was also fined $6,000 for having 12 obscene films in his camera phone.
A court heard that the victim, a 27-year-old woman, was about to take her shower at the toilet of the Shaolin Wushu Clan Association at Somme Road on April 23, 2007 when she saw a held-held object at the corner of the window.
She screamed for help and rushed out. She saw Ng, her teacher, and confronted him but he denied it. His mobile phone was seized. On examination, a video recording of the victim in the nude was found.
Another charge of having two uncensored films was taken into consideration. He could have been jailed for up to one year and/or fined for insulting the modesty of the woman.
The Films Act offence is punishable with a fine of not less than $500 per film and/or a jail term of up to six months.
wat is “Shaolin Wushu Clan Association” in chinese? I noticed the chinese report did not mention the name of the club.
The only Shaolin Association around somme road that is known to me is “少总” aka “少林武术总会”.
