已有100年历史的新加坡福州会馆，非常重视文化幼苗的培育工作。会馆12年前成立由5岁至12岁小孩组成的”福州小龙队”，10年前成立由历届作文比赛得奖者组成的”小作家学会”，都是朝这方面努力的成果。
