15th National Lion Dance Championship 2009
The national lion dance champsionship 2009 that was held at Takashimaya was finally over. Congrates to the following team:
冠军: 新加坡顺利坛体育会 – (Champ)
亚军: 龙昆醒狮武术中心 – (1st Runner up)
季军: 威扬体育会 – (2nd Runner up)
Only The Best for National Wushu Meets (M’sia)
360 wushu exponent, who are the cream of the crop from Malaysia had competed in this year’s Da Ma Cai National Wushu Championships, held at the Kuala Lumpur Badminton Stadium in Cheras on Aug 22-24.
They compete in three disciplines – taolu (barehands and weapons), traditional taichi and sanshou (Chinese boxing).

The Malaysian wushu team are set to return with their best-ever performance in the Asian junior championships after securing three gold medals more in Macau yesterday.
And the toast of the team was Tai Cheau Xuen, who pulled off a stunning double with victories in the girls’ Under-18 nandao (broadsword) and nangun (cudgel).

TEHRAN (FNA)- Iranian wushu athletes snatched three gold medals at the 5th Asian Junior Wushu Championships underway in Macau from June 7-9.

SEE Min made a grand debut in the Asian Junior Wushu Championships when she won Malaysia’s first gold medal in Macau yesterday.
Malaysia also bagged two silver and three bronze medals from eight events on the first day of competition in the taolu (barehands and weapons) categories.
