I was at the comp site around 12nn. They had break off for lunch. So I waited till they resume the comp at 1pm.

During the lunch break, saw a few nice movements from the student doing practice. A total of 7 teams were at the comp, namely: SMU, NUS, NTU, NYP, SP, RP and of-cos the hosting school, NP. There were even a Germany girl (blonde hair not red hair) “ang moh” girl from NUS and a indian girl from SP (correct me if I’m wrong, anyone…).

去士古来的时候，和一位师傅聊天谈起内家外家。

一般印象中， 内家用意念练出气， 外家训练得到力。简单来说，内家练气， 外家练力。

但师傅说不。“外家”即出家之意，例如出家为僧。而“内家”，就是在家，指在家庭中生活。也就说，和尚传出去的称“外家拳”，民间习练的称“内家拳”。

但，很多俗家武者也剃度出家，把“内家”的武术流派也传到了寺中，出家人的功夫也不断向外部流传，从而出现了内外家武术的互相吸收和融合，逐渐已经分不清内家和外家了。简称不內不外？！（哈哈哈哈。。。）
